I am a self taught artist who started out painting portraits of my family members. I soon ran out of new subjects until a friend asked if I would consider creating a portrait of her dogs.

After that first portrait, I was hooked.

Having always been an “animal person” I was excited that I had found a way to be creative, meet great new people with their pets and provide everlasting mementos for people who love their furry friends.

Like many people, I believe in giving back to the community.

I have donated two pet portraits to Sooke Lioness Lions fundraisers and a photo shoot to the May 5, 2007 Rotary Club of Sooke Spring Auction.
